Canada: Standard shipping is CAD $5 for orders under CAD $120. Standard shipping is free for orders of CAD $120 or more.

United States: USPS Ground Advantage is USD $5 for orders under USD $120. Standard shipping is free for orders of USD $120 or more.

Standard delivery is typically 3-5 business days after shipment. Delivery dates are estimates and can vary by destination, carrier, weather, customs, and peak periods. Available express options and their prices appear at checkout.

Tracking

Canada

For the best value for our Canadian customers, we ship lightweight orders via untracked Canada Post. Delivery times are typically 3-5 business days for customers on the west coast and 5-10 business days for those on the east coast. Canada Post has consistently provided reliable service with no lost shipments. For heavier orders, we use a courier with tracking. Customers opting for express shipping will have their orders shipped via the fastest available courier, with the shipping cost not exceeding the price paid for the upgrade.

USA

We ship packages via Stallion Express or ChitChats, specialized courier services for cross-border ecommerce. The last mile delivery will be handled by the most economical courier or USPS at the time of shipment. Customers who choose express shipping will receive the fastest available service, with the shipping cost not exceeding the price paid for the upgrade.
